"appraisal" fees. When you are ready to sell, just fill out our online enquiry form and we will do the rest, yes, that’s all you have to do !
How do we go about selling your time share ? We at Asaipacificresales.com have a data base of individual & commercial
customers that are either waiting to make a first time purchase, or add to their existing ownership. We also have buyers who are looking to
purchase from us in bulk for direct sale at the retail price.
Asaipacificresales.com uses every means possible to get your time share SOLD. In addition to our extensive database we also
send out direct mail, advertise in several national newspapers and promote resales through our telemarketing program. We also multiple-list our
time share listing with other brokers who meet our standards of ethics. This gives you the maximum exposure possible. Plus, most of our sales come
with our exclusive one year Satisfaction Guarantee. For the seller, this extra guarantee comes at no extra cost to you. You are under no obligation
what-so-ever ! All the above methods mean the difference between success in selling your time share, and wondering why you still own it a year
later !
In determining a price for your time share, keep in mind that you have plenty of competition. As a rule of thumb, whatever the
resorts are selling their timeshares for, the resale market may well have them for less. Don't make the mistake of pricing your time share higher
than you'll actually take. With lots to choose from already on the market, you'll lose out on many potential sales. See our list of timeshares for
sale to get a feel for the market. If you need more advice, or need some help, feel free to e mail us on info@asiapacificresales.com, the company
you can trust……
But who can I Trust ??
In the world of time share resale's, there are the "good" guys and the "bad" guys. Unfortunately, the odds are stacked against you.
With over 15 years experience, we at Asaipacificresales.com have seen just about every scheme and scam imaginable. So in deciding whom you
should do business with, here's some tips on what to look out for:
1. Never, ever, ever pay any money upfront !! A legitimate resale brokerage should earn their commissions only after they have
brought you a buyer. In the past few years we have seen companies charge fees for: listing fees, advertising fees, appraisal fees, etc., etc.
2. Don't be fooled by familiar names. Some individuals will use the name of a franchise or a company you are familiar with. They
will then use that familiar name in the hopes of gaining your confidence. It works well. There ARE legitimate companies trying to do the right thing.
The "red flag" is if they ask you for money upfront for any reason.
3. Never give an exclusive listing. You are only tying up your property on the hopes that only one company will be able to get the
job done.
4. Don't be fooled by promises of unrealistic selling prices. This is a familiar ploy to grab your listing. Most of the time you'll only
see this with the companies who will then ask you for a listing fee. After they've got your money, they then just go on to the next customer.
Your "listing" is then filed away. Far away !
